Students work together to solve a problem

During the course of the training students are taught to work together in groups:

1. To discuss a topic in groups and reach common understanding or consensus and then prepare a collective response or answer.
2. More often in the class sessions students are assigned to solve business problems and they are divided into groups consisting both genders and they discuss how to solve the problem in hand and finally reach a collective decision and then prepare a joint solution in which everyone contributes a share of the effort as input.

In the middle of each semester students are divided into groups and each group is assigned to write or prepare a mini-project from a particular topic.
On a day set by lecturer the course each group presents its project so they work together receive promised marks or points.
